2 Ingredient Healthy Ice Cream ... of sorts

Seeing Spring is just around the corner we were feeling in the mood for ice cream! Well, sort of.
Here is a healthy alternative to ice cream.

The base ingredients are:
Milk or yoghurt or if you are feeling naughty a bit of cream.
And that's it!

Now for flavouring.
Add any fruit. We had Strawberries.

Chop up the banana and chosen fruit and freeze it overnight. Then bung it all in a blender with a little bit of milk to help it along. Refreeze and there you have it. A delicious and healthy frozen dessert!

Harvey said there was too much banana so next time I will add more strawberries. Seb didn't even want a look in. Oh well, can't win them all.
