Easy Peasy Cheesy Chicken Pasta Bake

A great dish to using up left over veges and meat.

In my version I used chicken, broccoli, mushroom and frozen peas and corn (always keep a bag in my freezer). It is so easy there are no measurements in this one. Just taste as you go along :D

Any pasta
3 or 4 cloves chopped garlic
Any tomato pasta sauce or cheese sauce

Cook pasta as per on packet. Stir fry chicken with garlic and olive oil. Then stir fry broccoli and mushroom with garlic. Mix everything into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bung it all in a casserole  dish and load up with cheese topping.

Stick it in the oven at 180 degree celsius for about 30-35 min depending how crispy you want your cheese topping.

Serve with garlic bread. I used Lurpac Garlic butter on any left over bread.
